Forgotten User ID/password

If you lose or forget your User ID, click “Forgot your user ID?” and you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address. This must be the e-mail address currently associated with your e-filing portal account. You will also be prompted to identify the “secret question” you chose when you first established an e-filing portal account, and to answer that “secret question”. If you answer correctly, an e-mail containing your User ID will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.

If you lose or forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” and you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address, to identify the “secret question” you chose when you first established an e-filing portal account, and to answer that “secret question”. If you answer correctly, your password will be reset and an e-mail containing a new temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. The next time you log in, you will automatically be directed to the “change password” screen.
